The Airo Testing Procedure

What can you expect

1. Digital Twin Creation

We build a precise 3D model of you using photographs and key body measurements. This “digital twin” accurately represents your real-world riding position and allows us to simulate posture changes without repeated physical testing.

2. Baseline Creation & Variations

Your current position is analyzed first to establish a performance baseline. We then model multiple position variations to test how small adjustments affect aerodynamic drag and efficiency—quickly and without guesswork.

3. Results
